Wage Calculations
In accordance with applicable state and
federal laws, D&L calculates employee over-time based upon those
hours worked over 40 within any given week. Over-time is paid at one
and one half times your normal hourly rate. A week is defined as
starting at 12:01am Monday through 11:59pm Sunday. Paychecks are
issued according to the pay schedule listed on this site.
Paycheck Distribution
Paychecks are individually mailed to
employees and contractors on pay day.
